The Scotland crowd left Murrayfield Stadium with smiles on their faces. RWC2023 warm up. A poor first half against France, number 2 in the world; down 3-20 at halftime. 14 men much of second half, red card for Fagerson…and during this half they scored 3 tries, the first from Darcy Graham (turning point). Final score 25-21. Finn Russell, first game as Captain. Very fine.

Before the game I did some plasterboard work in the garage as part of my ongoing project. One of these days when doing work creates messbefore achieving the desired result. Outside, we’d 2 hours of torrential rain, (Met Office suggested a months worth).
