The making of Rhubarb & Orange Jam

Our very kind next door neighbour bought round an armful of rhubarb the day before yesterday that she had growing in her garden. Last time she gave some to me I made crumble but this time I'm attempting jam for the very first time.

A busy little man day today with toddler gym this morning and a play date this afternoon - with clotted cream teas for the mums (and dad) as Mr H came along.

Back to work tomorrow but a glorious four days off in the sun and some fab things planned for the next few weeks.
