Irate tram customers?

Had my first final exam today. Three more to go..

On the cycle home from the hospital I spotted this banner adorning the roadworks surrounding the tram-works.. Seems like a few people still aren't happy with the trams!

It did make me wonder what exactly this person would have knitted if they had £1 billion... I'd like to see it!
