New runner

I was pleased I pushed myself out to run because one of the group brought her dog for the first time and she was very patient keeping her dog pace down to suit us. Jamie, the chap who started RunTalkRun in Scotland in 2019 and who designed the Pollok Park course was also there which meant I was sufficiently motivated to run at a faster pace than I would have done otherwise.

The boiler situation has escalated and the plumber is due on Friday. Cold showers may be good for you but they just make me cross.
