Thistles

Another sunny day today and a walk at Cammo Estate on the edge of Edinburgh. Everyone, with the possible exception of Frodo seemed to enjoy the walk. Ah well can’t please everyone. There were lots of seed laden thistle and the thistle down was blowing everywhere - when I was wee, we called the floating seeds “fairies” and thought if we caught them we could make a wish. Innocent pleasures.
