Lego-tastic!
The doorbell went early and it was Lucy from SCBC, with more wonderful Nate-friendly cakes and treats!! So so kind of her!
We headed off to the Lego store mid morning. Wonderful Judith, again from SCBC, had told the kids that you're able to make your own bespoke minifigure that then gets printed out, and given them pocket money for it. They absolutely looooved doing it. They also made some extra pic'n'mix figures too. A lot of fun, if slightly overwhelming!
Home for an afternoon of packing (Danny's been amazing!), a girls afternoon which Asha requested include some Death in Paradise, and novel writing for Nate & Grandmaman.
A last minute dash to the shops when I remembered we'd not yet got Mitch's treat of white chocolate Reeses peanut butter cups.
A delicious last tea with mom and dad...and now a glass of wine and chilli crackers courtesy of Bulliblips.
Today I'm grateful for;
1) Having a quieter day and being able to get to the Lego shop.
2) Mom and Dad's incredible hospitality and generosity these past 2 weeks.
3) Rachel being so kind and bringing Asha a gift and card to say well done on Camp!!
