Left home before 6 to catch London flight. All on time but then the poor pilot had nowhere to park at Gatwick. This 40 minute hiccup meant I missed my train and my connection to Bath. Finally got to the office at lunchtime!

Was relieved to get to Friend R’s this eve for some relaxation and cat therapy. The crochet lap blanket she’s made is beautiful, it will be a gift for her Japanese mother in law’s 100th birthday!
