The Singing Gardener

The Edinburgh International Festival put on a (free) performance, Love in a Flowerbed in the Gateway of the Royal Botanic Garden. The photograph shows The Gardener, Emma Morwood (soprano) singing to the Botanist.

It was a lovely time and fun watching the reactions of visitors who had no idea what was going on.

Of course after the performance, we had a (photographic) walk around the Botanics, bought some plants, had an ice-cream cone before heading for home.
