Soup

Chicken and vegetable soup with quinoa, and Gouda.

I had some leftover meat from a store bought rotisserie chicken in the freezer. When this happens, more often than not it ends up in a soup with whatever vegetables I have on hand. It was pretty spicy without my usual addition of hot sauce at the table, because I seasoned it was the rest of the spice blend I had leftover from last night's Ethiopian collard greens.
