Happy Maggie

There is one thing Maggie wants more than anything, a that is finding chantarelles. Living in LA, there are not many possibilities. I have never looked for it in Vestby, but because of the extreme weather, Hans, we could not use gravel roads to get deeper in the forest. But we were lucky and found 850 g, which made both of us so happy.
Maggie used half of the mushrooms and made a very tasty pasta for dinner :))
