Beetroot

I pulled up a few beetroot to see if they were ready to harvest yet.This is the first year we have grown them so I will have to read up on how to store them. The only thing I really do with them is the traditional polish soup borscht so the 50 or so that I have will have to last a while!
The 2 round ones came out of the same packet but are clearly different varieties. The flesh is almost white on the middle one.
