Not really a rest day!

Wednesday was the week's rest day but there were activities to take part in if we wished and myself, being a bit nuts, decided to take part in the sprint event held in the town of Forres - no I didn't run, just walked quickly! The finish area in this picture is a green area beside the Forres Academy. 

The tower you can see in the distance is the Forres Tolbooth - I have included a close up of the tower.  A tolbooth or town house was the main municipal building of a Scottish burgh, from medieval times through to the 19th Century, usually providing a council meeting chamber, courthouse and jail (information courtesy of Wikipedia)
