Open

I made a short visit to Kinsale this afternoon as the new library was quietly opening today. No big announcement was made publicly as they wanted to find their feet for a day or two, but of course word-of-mouth meant that when I got there late afternoon they said about 1,100 had been through today already, probably more than weeks in the old place. It was organised chaos there today of course, but wonderful to see it open. We've known it was a beautiful building for a long time, but seeing people in there makes it extra special. Long years of enjoyment for the people of Kinsale I hope.
