The gardens at Villa Carlotta were near the top of my list for our trip to Lake Como - somewhere between Bellagio and trying to spot George Clooney ;-)

The gardens didn't disappoint. Fab visit including giant bamboo in the japanese area, gorgeous hydrangeas, and the lovely covered citrus walk.

Still watching out for George!
