The Night Gate

I found a book by one of my favourite authors in our local pre-loved book shop much to my delight. The Night Gate is set in France and has an intriguing double mystery, one set in the 2nd world war and one in modern day. The plots intertwine in a fascinating way with plenty of French history and countryside along the way. It makes me want to be there! Perhaps with a bodyguard!
I am running behind with Peter May issues, so I have put his latest A Winter Grave, on my birthday wish list, fingers crossed!
