Flotilla

On my way along the WoL walkway I met G and Rowley (almost in the same spot, but not nearly so wet), then passed this flotilla of young goosanders at the bend in the river, briefly diverted myself by climbing through the fence and beating down some of the thistles that are threatening to overwhelm the little trees (extra) and finally made it to the Arclight gaff to water the plants. Probably sooner than was strictly necessary, but the next few days are going to be very distracting.

Then walked via a bit of Pilrig Park through to Leith Walk and eventually Tesco (for how long has the Volunteer/Mousetrap been the Dog House?). D was away up town getting his eyes tested.
