Shocked Woody

After tending my plants in the back garden,I decided to relax on the swing for a while,it being about 6 feet from the Bird Feeder? I had taken a few pictures of our Cat,Pickles and some of the newly flowering Clematis when all of a sudden a Wood Pigeon arrived for his/her Supper.Not sure who was the most shocked,but now,looking at him,I think it was definately him!
He eventually recovered and decided to proceed with his meal.I of course had my trusty Nikon/Sigma combi set up in it's DX guise,only to find that I could not get the bird in the frame,so quickly had to change to FX mode using 500mm @ f6.3,1/160 sec. ISO 640. This is almost the full DX frame @ 5502 x 3964.
