Dispersing....

....nestled amongst rhododendron branches are towering stems of Japanese anemone with seed heads ready to disperse throughout the garden. I managed a couple of shots as wind nipped my fingers sending chills down my back, it was freezing, I didn't linger. These seed heads remind me of a woolly winter beret.

Thursday.....bitter! 8C! Snow so close but sadly not on my doorstep. Another front coming through early next week, more rain and snow on the way, those poor little lambs.

News on the dog front, very quiet today, think the two dogs were in the garage where they couldn't get out. Dog control have spoken to the owners, time will tell as to what happens next. Thank you for all of your kind and helpful words yesterday, hoping by next week I'll be able to work in my front gardens without being disturbed by territorial dogs.

Happy Thursday everyone :)
