Up Close!

Today it is misty drizzle so the only way to photograph is up close, I remember reading in a photographic book... when you think your close get closer.  Well this is as close as the focal length of the lens will permit.  What I was trying to do was to give the viewer the sense of texture, a feel for the shades of colour and the dispersal of light throughout!
