Thursday

It started sunny then became muggy and grey.. ah well if that was the summer it was lovely while it lasted!
Quiet day.. not feeling great.. stomach a little troubled it seems.  It's the last time I eat ice cream without checking it doesn't have wheat in it. Who would think it? I mean it is obvious if it is a cookie ice cream but this was a coffee ice cream.. hmm!!
The extra is of a field of wild carrot and wild flowers and a big swathe of sunflowers.. beautiful
