Beachfront Novo Vinodolski

A lovely quiet morning with lots of reading - I finished ‘Het schaarse licht’ (the scant light?) by Nino Haratischwili, an utterly amazing book. I don’t think it is translated in English yet.
After a light lunch we spent quite some time at the rocky coast of Novo Vinodolski. Beautiful, crystal clear water - great for swimming or floating. Pippa cannot yet get into the water, she is waiting for the infection wound on her toe to heal, Bert is not an avid swimmer, so they stayed onshore and read some more.
