Garden of our local pub

My friend came.to.visit today and we had Lunch at.ourlocal.
She had a dreadful journey long delays.. so took 1.5 hours longer than expected.. Bridget i.worked woth for 25 years on Social Care.
Tonight at the "Ladies that Pause" meeting a speaker about the Whim Hof Ice bath man.
Really interesting.
Tomorrow have a friend staying over for the weekend.
