222/365 Spectacles

Into Stratford again this morning on the 09.40 bus, only this time with Jayne, who needed to change her appointment time for a hearing test at Specsavers. However, she couldn't bring it forward as hoped to next Monday.

We had other things to do as well, including me taking something back which I had bought yesterday. All sorted and so we went for coffee before taking a walk down by the river. Afterwards a drink at The Dirty Duck (The Black Swan) on Waterside before meeting one of her sisters and their husband for lunch at Lambs in Sheep Street.

Bowls this evening, which we lost, and now I think that we might be bottom of the league! Quite honestly we were poor again and didn't deserve anything from the game and the league table doesn't lie.
