Comfort food

Mac and cheese! I made this recipe for a funeral Tuesday and the flour, butter and milk would not thicken up. I finally added the cheese and baked it and took it because I was on a deadline. So I wanted to try again and see if it would come out better. I made 1/2 the recipe and it thickened right up. 
Maybe I added the milk too quickly Tuesday, Anyway, this one tasted great! I didn’t get to taste the one for the funeral.I hope it was good!
