Sorting Mah Diet, Yo
So it turns out I don't have Coeliac disease (huzzah!), but obviously I need to take steps to sort my stomach out to prevent the issues I've been having. After chatting to one of my dietitian buddies (the perks of working at BCN :P) I'm going to try adding more fibre to my diet, eating some probiotic yogurts and reducing my fizzy drink consumption.
Check my dinner for tonight then; ticking all the boxes :D
