Aligned

Today is the 14th of July, which is the French National Holiday. I don't work a French holiday pattern so I took today off out of my personal allocation instead. I took the fluffy one a long walk in the morning, where I took this picture of the canes aligned in the wind. After I took the picture we packed the car and drove south to my sister-in-law's house near Vannes were we'll be for the whole weekend.

Normally there is a big fireworks display in most towns in France today, but because of the bad weather in several regions, a lot have been cancelled. We didn't get to go to the fireworks display today which was a shame as I like a good firework display.
