Friday...

It's a lovely sunny day with lots of wind & warmth. That usually makes me sneeze & blow my nose a lot. But not today! A few days ago I read a thread on Twitter about people who have runny noses a lot - that's me. It reckoned that reducing the allergen flow with mouthwash & nasal spray helps.

Hmm I thought...ever skeptical. Still, what is there to lose? I duly bought the recommended mouthwash - Dentyl - the one you need to shake + a natural Benadryl nasal spray. The result? So far, for me this works. 

My previous windy walks over the past weeks have resulted in sneezing & nose blowing. But not today - despite the windy day.  Long may it continue!
