Sunny All Day

It's been a beautiful day, and I have needed to get to lots of places by bike. I have enjoyed going along the canal, and taking all the short cuts and quiet roads to reach my destinations.
The day started with an outdoor staff meeting-which was all good. Then I cycled back to see my friend J and his daughter. We walked to Gorgie to have a celebratory ice cream at a Turkish shop. I have walked with J through his recovery from a severe operation, and now he is well and back at work. We walked back through Saughton Park, hence the photo. There was a Scottish fiddle and accordion group playing in the bandstand which was lovely.
From here I cycled home. 
I shall continue to enjoy the sunshine.
