Mirror, Mirror, on the Wall.
Having made a list of The Old Lady's treasures the other day, I went around photographing them all while the information was still fresh in my mind; there are, for example, so many plates in the house that a description of the one she wants might not be sufficiently specific. I realised the blipping possibilities while I was at it and this mirror came out on top of the pile. It was fortunate as it was the only chance I had today of wielding a camera.
Unfortunately, PhotoShop kept crashing while I was processing the picture which caused a lot of wasted time and much frustration. I did eventually cure the problem, once I had fixed the idea in my head that I must save the work after every trivial edit the problem went away, but the net result is that the work may not have been as successful as it might otherwise have been. Hence the reason for blanking out the background.
Anyway, mark it well, this is the first - and probably the last time that my features will grace the pages of this journal, both mirrors and camera lenses are too valuable.
