Waterlily

Another busy morning at work, followed by my regular carer’s counselling session. Then a good visit with J, who was much brighter and more positive than yesterday. He’d had a good session in the gym this morning with the physiotherapist and one of the other patients.

A circuitous stroll to Tesco via the park for a couple of bits needed for the weekend.

Hoping that the weather is ok tomorrow morning as I’m running my final photo workshop of the season in the community garden.
