Beach Coach Station Car Park

This used to be known as Beach Coach Station and in the height of Yarmouth's holiday resort heyday in the 70's would be lined with coaches back to back from 10am till 7pm off loading passengers from the Midlands, Yorkshire, North West, North East and Scotland.

Originally this was the site for the Yarmouth Beach train station built in 1877 and part of the platform still stood in the coach station. I know this because the coach I arrived on every summer parked up here!

Sadly the old platform was removed and a regeneration project was undertaken with some new houses and an average car/truck/coach park but with the added attraction of this abundance of colourful bollards.
