Thu 10th
H arrived from Paris, first thing.
Just started work when got a call. Picked up S and we got to the H in time to join a conversation with the palliative care nurse/co-ordination. She was great and managed to kick off all the various moving parts.
I went to mum’s to meet the bed being delivered. Quickly home to pack a bag and laptop etc for work then back to mum’s to meet the ambulance delivering her home - followed by S and K. Mum very happy to be home.
The care nurses arrived and sorted everything and everyone out - doing a great job. They will come in pairs 4 times a day.
