Dibble again……

The weather was miserable this morning and I think Dibble had the right attitude, sleep!
Met someone I know in the supermarket earlier today who gave me some information about the signage I was referring to yesterday and why there was no specific Dumfries message. It is probably better if I don’t write about it.
