Printing memories

It has been a largely wet and cloudy day today so I have been working on a new photobook using scanned slides from a trip that I made in 1983 to Hong Kong and the Far East.  At that time I was, of course, visiting a Hong Kong that had a British administration and was a mecca for bright lights, nightclubs and late night shopping.  I wonder if I would even recognise the place now?  Likewise I visited a mainland China where no private motor vehicles were permitted.  How times have changed.
