Arnside Knott

Geocaching trips out with son R are most often an adventure. This afternoon, after the rain stopped, we scrambled down a scree field on the side of Arnside Knott , well he slid and I did half of it on to my bottom,  to visit Arnside Tower after the visiting top of the Knott.  We were rewarded by seeing pigs, you don't often see pigs in Cumbria,. We then returned to the Knott to do a bit of caving. It was quite a tight squeeze. I've gone into the top level with my head torch and am looking down a hole to see R finding the cache below.
