Where I work
This path is just behind the building I work in. Just to the left of the wall is a narrow dirt path to the beach bellow. When the tide is out you can find all sorts of treasures. Shells, sea glass and old pottery. I am very fortunate to be right on the water. This shot has stone hitching post, which at one time horses would have been tied up to. Never have seen a horse around here. This looks out onto Casco Bay, which is famous for it's calendar islands, because there are three hundred and sixty five of them. An island is anything you can put you foot onto at high tide :) According to the people of Portland.
