Today feeling a little better but not too much. I tried to tidy up kitchen after joiner left but had to give up sit down and rest.

As I am relatively new to MS it's still a learning curve and not quite sure what a relapse is, I am sure I will find soon. Still waiting for an MRI letter for my MS.
