I was a young man, once!

3 years ago,I was a reasonably fit young 53 year old.
I worked hard but fair for the same company for 32 years, Then they changed my role and I have become a work slave.
Sitting on my arse working 12 hours a day, (longer sometimes). I don't seem to have time to run, climb walk, cycle or smell the roses...
As they say in the Lancashire Mountaineering club.....
"And then it went dark!"
Never mind, it will soon be dark nights again...
