Vienna Cottage

We had some time to kill in Sydney today so we made use of our National Trust membership by visiting Vienna Cottage in Hunter’s Hill - for the detail see isbi’s blip.
I was intrigued by this 90yo guy at the desk (and in the blip) who proceeded to give us a private guided tour. In the past I’ve been accused of having a brain full of historical trivia, some interesting and some totally useless. I suppose this guy’s had 20 extra years to cram it all in, but he’s in a different league!!
