Frenemies

Rosie and Phoebe - they can tolerate each other but I wouldn't say they are bessie mates.

I think Pheobe would try to be friends but Rosie would rather Pheobe wasn't here so very reluctantly accepts her - the good thing is she will come into the room and she isn't scared of her - it's all fine.
