Helping

Ruth & Josh's car needs urgent repairs, so I've lent them mine for now. I won't be able to drive for a little while yet anyway.
Richard drove them over with the boys and we sat out in the garden - bliss.
Then Josh and Luca went off to the farm to feed chickens and goats, and to water some of the vegetables. Meanwhile, Eben and Ruth cut the grass for us - a real help. I can't lift or push the mower, and Richard's hay fever is bad enough without adding lawn-mowing to the mix.
As I write, Eben and Ruth are deep in a draughts game.
