Southbank, this evening

Set up on the 6th floor of the Royal Festival Hall this evening and demo-ed my Jasmine Tea infused truffles. I had a lovely audience and glancing over my shoulder was captivated by this view of the Thames.

It was such a beautiful night to be enjoying the last of the day, by the river, in the capital.
