It was the bowls club's Triples Day competition today and it was very busy, not least because some morons had vandalised the park's toilets. Our club committee have agreed with the town council that our accessible loo may be used by anyone when the clubhouse is open and it was well used today by the town band who were putting on a concert in the bandstand.
The competition was decided by the last wood on the final end. Mr W wasn't in the winning team, nor was he in with the runners-up, but all the games were keenly contested and each wood was subjected to close scrutiny.
