Canalside wall-reconstruction

There's been a section of wall, quite near the Ashley Terrace Boathouse (which you can just see in this snap), looking a bit worse-for-wear  recently ... was good to see, earlier this afternoon, that it's been taken down and is being reconstructed :-)

In other exciting news, the Sunday afternoon rowing boat-hires continue to be pretty popular - the rowing-season actually ends on Sunday 24th September (restarting again next April), so make sure you get along soon if you want to hire a boat this year!
