Decisions decisions

Starting to allow ourselves to get a bit excited about our move although tge surveys still need to be done.
Our sellers have asked us if we want to buy their sofa.
We are not sure if we should go for that or get a new one. So armed with pictures and measurements we went shopping.
We found the above sofa in Sofology.
The bottom one is their existing sofa.
The cost difference is about £1000 and we just don't know what you choose!
Ps I realise this is first world problems!!
