Got up late after a painful night
Did light physio exercises
Enjoyed 20 mins home yoga stretching
Directed Tony on clearing a bit more of the garage.
Packed up some stuff for charity shop
Made a carrot cake
Found my blip when putting the rubbish out! It’s only about 6mm long.
Helped Lo start packing for Wed moving to Archway
Wrote some notes ready for consultant apt on Tuesday
Researched, with Tony, the value of some vinyl records and old coins
Discovered my Tears for Fears album is worth £25!! Silver three Penny bits worth about £3 each (not for sale tho as we put them in Xmas pud), half pennies worth 75p each (also not for sale as we use them as money for a family card game), and 3 gold sovereigns worth £300 each!
