last gasp effort on blip..knackered now and still a day to go....but friday saurday sunday off....liking that..liking that alot ..the bad news is that reckless heart have had to postpone fridays nites launch of their band due to lisas ,lead vocalist, larry gitus...dunno who he is but he sounds like a pain..
work has been full on ,but theres a kick back.. lost 4 pounds this week...brilliant..fitness..you will be mine..oh yes...
