Happiness is pink and sweet

We had the pleasure of our extended Mexican family this weekend which included a super family gathering and yesterday a  trip to the Isle of Wight. The weather was good for both days and spending time on the south coast was quite a contrast for them after spending time in London, Nice and Rome. The 8 year old actually said that the best meal of the holiday was in the cafe along the prom at Sandown! As it turned out the IoW was a good choice for the day, as it involved a 'flight' on the hovercraft,  a top of the bus ride along the country lanes and then the crowning glory for our dear young visitor: the head to head with pink candy floss!
