Good, but could be better ;0/

Today after a family funeral this morning, it continued to rain.
So batch cooking Lasagna it is then. I had all the basic ingredients, but didn’t have salad leaves or coleslaw. So we had it with green beans which were lovely, but just not as good. I made 4, so one for tea today, 3 to freeze. Next time we eat one - I will make sure to have salad leaves and coleslaw. But really who am I to moan about this, we had food! For which I am very grateful.
