Pineapple Flower

My friend Anne gave me this as a lump in a plant pot & I thought it was an indoor plant until Anne said "No, it's an outdoor plant".
So I put it outside to see how it goes & voila.... here it is beginning to flower.
Today I went shopping, then this afternoon I went to the Doctor's Surgery to get my Blood Pressure checked & all was good 118 over 61 I was told.
Then off shopping again with my daughter.
